Top scorer Liga 1 Indonesia of all time: Who leads the pack?
Founded in 1994, Liga 1 Indonesia, also known as the BRI Super League, is the highest level in the Indonesian football system. In this article, Nowgoal Pro lists the top scorer Liga 1 Indonesia of all time, along with the top 10 scorers in the current season.

After more than 30 years of development, Liga 1 Indonesia has produced many players with outstanding goal-scoring records. At the moment, the all-time top scorer is Cristian Gonzáles, who scored 269 goals between 2003 and 2018. He played for five clubs in Indonesia and won the league’s top scorer award four times. Born in Uruguay, Gonzáles received Indonesian citizenship in 2010 and became the first naturalized player to represent the national team.
The highest scorer on the list who is still active is Boaz Solossa, currently playing for Persipura Jayapura. After more than 20 seasons, he has made 337 appearances and scored 185 goals, just one goal behind Budi Sudarsono in second place. Boaz also holds several notable records, including four Indonesian league titles with Persipura Jayapura, three Player of the Year awards, and three top scorer titles in 2009, 2011, and 2013.
Another active player on the list is Beto, also known as Alberto Gonçalves da Costa. In Liga 1 Indonesia, he has scored 176 goals in 310 appearances. Despite being 45 years old, he continues to play professionally for second-tier club PSIS Semarang.

Top scorer Liga 1 Indonesia in the 2025/26 season
The Liga 1 Indonesia top scorer list this season is dominated by Brazilian players. After half of the season, eight of the top 10 scorers are from Brazil. Leading the list is Maxwell of Persija Jakarta, who has scored 11 goals in 17 appearances. Although he can play as a striker or right winger, his preferred position is on the left wing, where he has scored eight of his 11 goals.
Second on the list is Mariano Peralta from Borneo FC Samarinda. The Argentine winger has scored 10 goals and provided eight assists so far. He has played almost every minute for his club, contributing to more than half of the team’s goals this season.
The only non-South American player in the top 10 is Kodai Tanaka, a Japanese forward playing for PERSIS Solo. He has scored seven goals and recorded one assist in 18 appearances, placing him 10th on the list. PERSIS is Tanaka’s first club in Indonesia. He began his career at the high school level, moved on to university football, then played for Albirex Niigata in the Singapore league before joining PERSIS in the summer of 2025.
